For questions, bug reports and suggestions about Image Compress Tool, email hello@digitalkingdom.co.za. The site is operated by Digital Kingdom.
Reporting a problem
Please include the tool page address, your browser and device, the input format and the message you saw. Approximate file dimensions and size can also help.
Do not send private images, passwords or account details. A description of the problem is a good starting point; if a sample is useful, use an image you are comfortable sharing.
Privacy questions
Use the same email address for questions about site data or to ask about information you have sent us. Image processing happens in your browser, so we do not have a server copy of an image selected in the tool.
Before you write
Check that the image is a static JPG, PNG or WebP and within the stated limits. Animated files and other formats are not supported. PNG quality is not adjustable in this version, and not every image can be made smaller.
